I will never understand why some families list off requirement after requirement and make no offer to compensate for it. One family on Care.com posted a 20 hour work week at $5 an hour, not only illegal, but insulting. This is my job I need to make the money to buy the supplies, I love it, but sometimes I wonder at the insanity of some parents. Check out my store on Etsy!
